At Catalyst Pet, we want you and your furry companions to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Our team will inspect the items upon arrival, and your refund or replacement order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
